...English Oral reflection! :/ / 4:25 AM
Sad to say, I think I'm doomed for it. 1) I didnt bother to study for it (or even do last min revision of notes) Actually, wanted to study lah, but just cant open or take out the oral papers or book... will get the jitters of oral lah... haha. Oral phobia!! : / 2) I muttered so softly!! oh no. oh and I wouldnt forget the stammering either. 3) This one is a MAJOR one... I really embrarrassed myself. You know, the first string of sentences that came out of my mouth the moment I met the examiner (Miss Sek), was: "Good morning, Miss Sek". haha, and the wrong thing about that was it should be afternoon!! A bad habit! oh no. ya. first sentence alr wrong plus my sek corrected me.However, I guess the conversation part was ok. coz it was my fav topic. ok, not really say fav topic but a pleasant one that I'll talk loads about. 'Do you have any ambition? If yes, what is it?' A definite answer, I gave-- teacher. yup... I told her about some things, and ya, I think I myself recall much and kinda felt very touched.... Miss Sek asked quite alot of questions... 'What are some of the things/character that you think a teacher must have?' .... another one I remember one was 'How are you going to prepare for this profession?' interesting one, I must say. coz I didnt think of that. I was kinda speechless. she carried to further elaborate the qns, 'Are you going to ask the teachers how the feel being a teacher? ask about their experiences?' 'Not really...' I replied.... I cant remember much about it already, she asked loads of qns, u see... yup... just want to be a teacher. Like what the boy says in the 'Starfish Story' : "What matters is that it makes a difference in this one". A very touching and nice quote. --Van. :)
