vampires / 8:21 AM

hmmm. did I mention I read twilight by Stephenie Meyer already? It was great... I felt like I was drawn and pulled into a lullaby itself, 'dreamy prose' was what a commentor said about her story. anyhow, Im crazy about reading the rest of the books, even though the next book is heartbreaking nonetheless. Today I read the interview with vampire by Anne Rice!

She is an awesome writer! no doubt. hmmm, some differences between the vampires- SM's vampires are able to possess fear, no capes, no coffins, no going out in sunlight due to sunlight casting diamonds on their skin...whilst AR's vampires are unable to go out in the sunlight because it would kill them, and the rest of the characteristics are direct opposie. And of course, SM's story is set in a modern tone, whereas well, AR's vampires seem to be in an ancient era.

One thing is clear though- the two authors combined make a fab story- both in history and of the present and future! Imagine, because humans are evolving too, vampires too may be able to evolve through the ages, such that they do not need coffins to sleep in etc. :D

'kay, I must really be crazy with vampires right now.

/ believe in wonderland,
with you in my mind
it's not that hard to believe
i'm in wonderland
and that's where I am
only a place to where we know
and never escape into reality
plunge into a fantasy

just about my love
